ABOUT

Who I am in a few points.
Jay Urbiztondo.
Work within the marketing/sales space, with experience in the hardware, software and service industries.
Ongoing interest in social technology adoption and it’s ultimate impact on B2C and B2B communication.
Appreciate creativity in all of it’s forms: paintings, music,  graffiti, commercials, clothing, hair styles, etc.
Attempt to create in any form: graphic design, promotional campaigns, doodle on paper, randomly take pictures, etc.
Always up for basketball; watching games and playing for fun.
Musically, I’ll listen to anything but will probably choose any form of the ‘urban’ genre.

Why the blog.
To be honest, I’m all over the place and have contrasting interests.
I’m sure everyone does, making each of us different.
In short, this is me in many forms.
Document my thoughts and expressions.
Provoke thoughts, express opinions, and encourage interaction.
I’ve always wanted to start a blog, but had no idea what it’s focus would be.
As stated in the title “The JU Experiment”, this blog will evolve and gain focus in time.
I’m sure it’ll be confusing at first, but follow me and see how this turns out.

What you’ll expect from me.
Will often comment on business and technology trends.
Will definitely comment or re-post anything marketing related.
Will absolutely post the most random things.

As a discretionary note,  anything I post or discuss are my personal thoughts,
expressions and opinions, and do not reflect those of my affiliations or associations.
So that said, be my guest to read on.
