I know it&#8217;s such a simple concept, but I encourage you to take 2 minutes to think about it. Are you comfortable? Are you being challenged? Do you still feel a need to &#8216;advance&#8217;? Do you like the balance your maintaining?</p>
<p>I realize the context can change the way you think about these questions and give you completely different answers. That said, just apply it to the first thing you think of.</p>
<p>After reflecting, are you comfortable? I am.</p>
