Is being comfortable a good thing, or a sign of falling into a trap. I know it’s such a simple concept, but I encourage you to take 2 minutes to think about it. Are you comfortable? Are you being challenged? Do you still feel a need to ‘advance’? Do you like the balance your maintaining?

I realize the context can change the way you think about these questions and give you completely different answers. That said, just apply it to the first thing you think of.

After reflecting, are you comfortable? I am.
